Terms and Conditions

OUR PROMISE

• We will provide a professional cleaning
• We will provide trained cleaning professionals on specific dates with all cleaning supplies and equipment at your request. 

CANCELLATION 

• We require 24-hour notice for rescheduling or cancellations. There will be a 50% cancellation fee for the service requested for cancellations within 24-hours of appointment and lockouts. 
• If a staff member is locked out of your home between the cleaning hours, there will be a cancellation fee of 100% cost of the cleaning rate. (Exceptions can be made for emergencies). 
• Our company will make every attempt to reschedule company initiated schedule changes due to holidays or extreme weather conditions. 
• If customer requests differ from original estimate, additional charges may apply. 

REFUNDS

• NO REFUNDS will be given after a service is completed. If you experience dissatisfaction with a portion of your service, let us know within 24-hours and we will send someone back to your home to make things right! 
• REFUND will be issued if customer has cancelled within the allotted cancellation time.
• REFUND will be issued if the cleaner does not show up to the appointment and payment has already been received by the company. 

PAYMENT

• We accept CASH, VISA/MASTERCARD, APPLE PAY AND GOOGLE PAY
• Declined cards and unpaid balances will incur a service charge of 15% interest. 
• Verbal agreement to begin service indicated, acceptance of Service Agreement and permission to charge credit card. 

PHOTO AUTHORIZATION

• For first time and one time customers we love to take before and after photos of our work. We use these to train new hires and show proof of work.  If you do not want us to take photos of areas in your home, please notify us at the time of your cleaning. 

LIABILITY

• If Well-Kept Cleaning Solutions is requested to clean inside of china cabinets, hutches, start laundry, wash dishes, clean computer equipment, antiques or collections, or to use customers equipment (i.e. vacuum cleaners) customer agrees not to hold us responsible, or any of our employees responsible for and damage/breakage to any article or component. 
• Well-Kept Cleaning Solutions cannot be responsible for damages die to faulty and/or improper installation, lack of maintenance, or general wear and tear of any items. 
• We will make every effort to eliminate any damages, but accidents do happen! We have Limited Liability protection for replacement or repair. Identical replacement will be attempted, but not guaranteed. Damage must be reported within 48 hours of service, and after 30 days customer assumes liability.
